ITS GOOD

Superhero is a relatively new fintech platform in Australia that offers low-cost brokerage services for trading shares and ETFs. Overall my experience with this app was pretty good and i still use it today. Here's a detailed review of Superhero:

          PROS:
 

  1. Low Brokerage Fees: Charges $2 fee per trade for ASX-listed shares and $0 brokerage for ETFs

  2. Minimum Investment: You can start investing with as little as $10

  3. User-Friendly Interface: The platform is easy to use

  4. No Monthly Fees: There are no monthly account fees

  5. Invest in US Shares: Superhero allows you to trade US shares and ETFs with $0 brokerage fees.

  6. Superannuation Option: You can invest your superannuation directly

CONS:

  1. Limited CHESS Sponsorship: Superhero is not individually CHESS sponsored.

  2. Sometimes the return % of your investment on the dashboard isnt always accurate.

  3. Order Execution Issues: Some users have reported issues with the execution of limit orders

  4. Customer Service: There have been mixed reviews about customer service

  5. Limited Markets: Currently, Superhero only supports trading in Australian and US markets.

Overall i like the user interface. It gives you a quick overview and allows you to quickly navigate to the investment category your interested in.

Payments were easy and quick. For pay ID, deposits and withdrawals took no more than five minutes.

I do like Superhero because it lets you invest small amounts, has a 2$ trade fee and has worked without issue for me. But whatever you choose, ensure you have an investment strategy before you begin investing on any platform.
